I recently sold my business and retained Drew Sherman to counsel me during the deal. I have never met an attorney that has been more attentive, organized, thorough and caring. When he says “we’re here to protect you”, he genuinely means it. He went to bat for me time and time again during my deal. My deal was a little tough and contentious at times (with the buyer).
